This code is the code modifications to NCSA httpd 1.3 to support my public annotation system.

HTTPD Source for Remote Public Annotations

It was necessary to do some minor modification to the NCSA HTTPD server as modified by Roger Riggs and Gary Adams in order to support remote public annotations. The appropriate files are listed below:
