This is some documentation for my CNC motion control board and it is currently an work in progress.

CNC Controller Motion Board Assembly (Rev. D)

I took many photographs of the entire process of assembling the motion controller board into its box with power supply. The assembly process is broken into the following steps:

Initial Placement

The initial placement of the larger components.

Transformer Installation

Installing the massive transformer and dealing with the lip interference problems.

Fan Installation

Installing the fan involves make a big hole in the box.

Installing the AC plug, fuse, and power switch in the box.
